We have rented a very nice 3 bedroom home from Chris and Brenda for the past two and a half years.  It has been a very pleasant experience and we have no plans to move anytime soon.  The house is very nice and we love it.  We have had very few problems, but when we did, things were handled quickly and efficiently.  Brenda is always pleasant when we call and Chris has even run over late at night for emergencies.  We have not had any problems that weren't resolved quickly.  We would very much recommend the Lorton's to anyone looking for a nice and affordable place to rent.

I live in the Lorton Apartments on  West Pearl Street, in the courtyard area.  I wouldn't think about living anywhere else.  I love it here.  The apartments are very nice and roomy, quiet and clean.  If anything needs taken care of, it gets done fast.
My husband passed away in December so now I am alone, but feel very safe here.  The neighbors are very nice and we all look out for each other.
The biggest surprise I got, was how reasonable my electric bills are.  That is very important to me.  I would recommend the apartments to anyone.
